Yes. The consultation is a brief conversation to understand your needs, learn about your practice, and determine which service tier is the best fit. It is not the Diagnostic — it’s simply the first step in exploring whether we’re a good match.

We support a wide range of outpatient healthcare organizations, including primary care, specialty practices, FQHCs, RHCs, Indian Health Service (IHS) programs, standalone Tribal 638 facilities, and other community‑based clinics. If your team delivers patient care and needs stronger operational systems, we can help.

We work with practices across the country through remote consulting, which allows us to support teams efficiently and without disruption. On‑site visits are available for local practices and for clinics that would benefit from an in‑person assessment, including travel for select projects or Transformation‑level engagements.

We design our process to minimize disruption. Most practices only need to dedicate short, focused touchpoints during the Diagnostic and Blueprint phases. For Transformation engagements, we guide your team through changes in a structured, manageable way.
